In-home Infusion Service

Poudre’s in-home infusion service (when approved by the patient’s physician) empowers clients with the education and skills to self-administer infusions, such as IV antibiotics or subcutaneous immunoglobulins. 

With expertise in drug and disease state management, our skilled team specializes in immunotherapy across various disciplines. It includes registered nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians working closely with your healthcare team.

Ambulatory Infusion Centers 

Poudre Infusion Therapy’s ambulatory infusion centers provide clinically supervised private suites with a media center, Wi-fi internet, comfortable chairs, light snacks and drinks, blankets, on-site nursing and pharmacist consultation, and designated client parking. Medications are prepared upon arrival, ensuring that you receive prompt attention at your scheduled appointment time.

Certified Sterile Compounding Facility

PIT is a certified sterile compounding facility that provides stable compounded medications lasting up to a week. This enables expanded patient independence, convenience, and comfort when patients choose home infusion or cannot travel to ambulatory infusion clinic sites.
