We started in 1971 as a single nursing home. Today, our Skilled Nursing Facilities are preferred providers with our two local hospital organizations - Banner and UCHealth. Our four facilities are located in Windsor and Fort Collins. We serve those who are looking for skilled nursing services for: Short Term Stays for rehabilitation and recuperation; Long Term Care for those requiring continuous 24‑hour nursing care; Respite Stays - as short as 3 days to a few months; Palliative Care; and Hospice and end-of-life care.
