Home Care When a family finds that a loved one can no longer manage daily tasks or medical care without assistance, Columbine Poudre Home Care, LLC can provide a range of health services. Some of the vital medical services provided include IV treatment, wound care, post surgical care, physical / occupational / speech therapy, and assistance when recovering from illness or injury. All services provided follow a written plan of treatment established and reviewed by a physician, and access to an on-call Registered Nurse 24 hours a day.

Rehabilitation Centre Avenue Health & Rehabilitation Facility provides in-patient therapy allowing residents to regain strength and stamina after a short-term hospitalization or decline in health status.
