Alexa AdamsALEXA ADAMS

My fitness experience started in 1981 when I received my group fitness certification. I received my yoga certification in 1994 and my Pilates and Personal Training certification in 2004.

My specialties include the integration of resistance training, yoga (for relaxation), and Pilates/core work to keep the hub of the body strong, so my routines typically include all or some of these modalities.

I like to train anyone who has a “can-do” attitude, wants to improve overall health, and believes life must be lived with a positive attitude. Do what you can, where you are, with what you’ve got. And remember your self-worth; you are a unique, gifted individual, or you wouldn’t be here!


Diane HorakDIANE HORAK

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2002 with the International sports Association. I have since enhanced my knowledge with certifications in performance nutrition and fitness therapy.

I have been in the fitness and wellness industry for seven years, with the last year and half here at the Lifestyle Centre.

My specialty is helping people lose weight through effective individual needs. I enjoy having fun and being creative to help keep people motivated!


Tanya CarpioTANYA CARPIO

I am a 2006 graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I have been personal training since then and now enjoy working at the Lifestyle Centre through Columbine Health Systems.

I have a passion for the human body and enjoy helping people of all age groups reach their goal of living a healthier and more active lifestyle. I am skilled in creating an exercise prescription or routine for individuals to meet their specific exercise goals and needs.

I am a motivated and caring individual that loves helping individuals live a better quality life.
