AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT
Lessons in the Feldenkrais Method = A novel approach to improving how you move, think and feel - and that improves almost everything you do!

CARDIO TONE
Strengthen and tone every muscle in your body combining resistance,
weight training and cardio moves.

EXPRESS CIRCUIT
Express Circuit allows members of all levels to complete a full body strength workout in fewer than 30 minutes. Express Circuit is a perfect compliment to a cardio workout. Commit to at least 2 times per week and you will soon realize the benfits of strength training.

PILATES
Explore and learn some of the basic fundamental principles of Pilates. This class focuses on whole body conditioning, core stabilization, and concentrated breathing to increase strength. This class is great for beginning to intermediate levels.

SENIOR BALANCE & MOBILITY
Increase your mobility and flexibility, enhance your balance and gain strength in this class designed specifically for seniors.

SENIOR SIT & BE FIT
This class will improve your strength using weights and therabands in a relaxed, seated format. Join our trainers for a fun filled workout!

SENIOR YOGA
Slow moving, chair and wall assisted, emphasis on deep breathing and slow, simple, safe, yoga - like movements.

STRENGTH AND TONE
This upbeat class will work to tone all your major muscle groups with an emphasis on back and stomach muscles. You will use an assortment of equipment and techniques to strengthen and tone your entire body.

TOTAL BODY TONING
Increase your muscular endurance by using a variety of equipment. Create long lean muscle through out your entire body with out creating bulk. This class is perfect for any fitness level.

YOGA
This Hatha Style class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while alleviating stress and promoting relaxation. This class is great for all levels!

ZUMBA FITNESS
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout systemthat will blow you away.

ZUMBA GOLD
This class takes the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success. This explosive program is so easy to follow that everyone of any age can do it!
