Van Driver

The Van Driver provides transportation in the facility van for residents to and/or from medical appointments; gathers and copies appropriate information for the medical appointment from the resident record; keeps the van filled with gasoline; takes the van to the car wash regularly; coordinates with the Maintenance Supervisor to take the van in for maintenance and repairs; and communicates needs as census grows to the Administrator.

Must be at least 18 years of age; have a good understanding of elderly, handicapped and have the ability to relate to them; must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions; have a good driving record; and a valid driver's license.
