Transportation Coordinator

Transportation Coordinator directs and oversee all operational aspects of a company wide transportation department. Responsibilities include management of business scheduling and staffing needs. Recruit, hire and retain employees to meet current workforce needs and ensure fleet is properly staffed and trained. Excellent customer service skills with a diverse Senior population is the main focus. Ability to multitask. Prior healthcare scheduling or transportation scheduling experience preferred. Three to five years experience in transportation management, project management.

Coordinate must be proficient in Microsoft office. Strong oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated and ability to collaborate with others, promoting a team environment.
