Staffing Coordinator – Assisted Living
Hires and creates the Care Provider schedule and works with shift managers to ensure Care Provider staff are well trained and are providing the highest standard of care. Demonstrates ability to work with others in the leadership and supervisory role.
Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in working with Geriatric and Alzheimer’s populations a plus. Familiar with employee labor laws and hiring practices. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Scheduling experience and HR experience a plus.
