Restorative Nurse
The Restorative Nurse is responsible for implementation and evaluation of restorative exercise programs, staff education regarding transfer techniques, overseeing bowel and bladder programs, ensuring complete documentation, working closely with therapy department, heading up Falls Committee and investigation and follow-up of incident reports.
Must possess as a minimum a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and possess a clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Prefer one year of experience as a licensed nurse in a long-term care facility or other related health care facility.
