Resident Liaison

The Resident Liaison's responsibilities include completing tours and the inquiry process for potential residents and their families, executing a diverse program of activities for the residents, working the front desk, providing good customer service to residents, walk-ins, and phone inquiries. The Resident Liaison may also be trained to assist with the admission of a new resident and complete the necessary paperwork. The Resident Liaison is also trained for counseling with families and residents and seeks solutions to the problems that may arise.
