Pharmacist

The Pharmacist orders and receives medications/supplies to ensure proper inventory level; compounds, dispenses medications, and maintains adequate records for each patient; assists in delivery of medications/supplies to patients' homes; participates in monitoring of patients therapy; provides training and instruction to patients and related health care personnel concerning services or products offered by agency; maintains proficiency with all equipment used to administer medications; maintains clinical pharmacy skills through continuing education.

Assists in development of policies and procedures and for adhering to protocols; assists in providing data and charges for billing and related record keeping; maintains appropriate patient confidentiality at all times; provides 24-hour emergency call during assigned periods; participates in the care planning process as applicable; maintains a safe driving record; and assists walk-in clients with purchases or requests. Must possess a B.S. in Pharmacy; be currently registered in Colorado; have a current pharmacy license; and have a current State of Colorado driver's license and your own transportation.
