PC Support Technician

PC Support Technician assists with end user computer/laptop management and support including configuration/setup, upgrading, troubleshooting. Position will handle installations and troubleshooting for all printers and assist with computer hardware inventory. Strong communication skills are required as work will be directly with end users at all facilities. Strong knowledge of network and VPN environments, knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop support are required.
