Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor organizes and prioritizes work orders and projects; schedules contractor projects with the Administrator; coordinates building and grounds safety with property staff; completes in-unit maintenance requests; purchases department, resident, and property improvement supplies; completes monthly billing; coordinates structure improvement assignments; and completes maintenance and facility record keeping.

A strong background in preventative maintenance programs, including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm equipment, carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, floor equipment, etc. Must be able to walk 4-5 miles a day, work in adverse weather conditions, and lift up to 100 pounds.
