Maintenance
The Maintenance person is responsible for diagnosis and repair within the facility; viewing all maintenance contracted or requisitioned; repair and upkeep of equipment; keeping an accurate list of on-site inventory; and instructing and training the facility's employees in the proper use and care of all operational equipment. A strong background in preventative maintenance programs, including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm equipment, carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, floor equipment, etc.
Must be able to walk 4-5 miles a day, work in adverse weather conditions, and lift up to 100 pounds.
