Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the planning, direction, and management of the environmental sanitation program for the entire facility. Duties include assigning work to housekeeping employees; working alongside employees to ensure tasks are completed on time; inspecting completed work; instructing new employees in the techniques to be used when cleaning various parts of the facility; checking materials and equipment; maintaining the work schedules for all areas; ordering and distributing supplies and equipment; maintaining accurate records; evaluating employee performance; and making necessary reports.
