Dietitian
The Dietitian is responsible for providing advice on nutrition and diet therapy to the Administrator, Dietary Supervisor, and to the residents; reviewing the food budget with the Administrator and Dietary Supervisor; planning basic cycle menus; developing modified diets from the basic menu; observing food preparation and service procedures; instructing personnel in sanitation and safety; conducting in-service training for Dietary Personnel and Nursing Staff; and developing written dietary policies and procedures.
