Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative responsibilities include direct customer relations for all medical equipment and supplies within the storefront environment. Position will handle all initial customer contact. Must possess excellent customer service at point of sale as well as contributing to building long term relationships with customers. Medical equipment product knowledge and medical terminology is a plus. Work with store management to help facilitate sales. Excellent telephone communication skills are required and computer skills a plus.
