Clinical Supervisor – Columbine Poudre Home Care, LLC

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for quality assurance of client services. Manage clinical interaction between clients, physician and staff. Supervises care plans, handles infection control reporting, supervises the admission and discharge of clients in conjunction with the physician’s order. Assist with new employee clinical orientation. Participation required in administrative call rotation. Position is a leadership role in the absence of the Director of Home Care.

Must possess, as a minimum, a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and possess a clear, unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. Requires a minimum of three years of geriatric and/or hospital experience and a minimum of one year of homecare experience.
