Carpenter

Carpenter that is experienced in all phases of construction work including carpentry, framing, finishing, painting. Will also be responsible for other general labor duties as assigned by the Construction Manager. Must be aware of safety for residents and employees. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, be able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift, and be able to read and follow general instructions. Must have a clean DMV and pass a criminal background check.
