Cafe/Bakery Prep Cook

The Cafe prep cook is responsible for preparing food items indicated by the production sheets in accordance with the recipe book or as directed by the kitchen manager. They must observe safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean workstation at all times. The Cafe prep cook must also accurately label and store all food items properly. They will also assist the dishwasher as needed, put away food orders or move food and supply items as directed, complete routine cleaning projects and will perform any special duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
