Cafe/Bakery Cook

The Cafe cook is responsible for preparing food to order according to the recipe book. They must observe safe food handling procedures at all times and maintain a clean workstation at all times. The Cafe cook will work with the kitchen manager or supervisor to create a safe working environment and will communicate effectively with other Cafe staff to ensure guest orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner. They will also assist Cafe prep cooks when needed, put away food orders or move food and supply items as directed, complete routine cleaning projects and will perform any special duties as assigned by the kitchen manager.
