Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Time Off is granted in recognition of continuous service, so employees may enjoy periods to rest and relax. Paid Time Off combines vacation, holidays and sick leave into one benefit package
Hourly Administrative and Salaried Administrative positions:
All Columbine Health Systems hourly and salaried. Administrative employees begin to accrue Paid Time Off upon employment. The employee is eligible for payment of accrued PTO after hire.
The number of hours accrued is determined by length of service and regular hours worked.

Hourly Employees in other positions than mentioned above:
During the first six months of employment, an employee is not eligible for payment of time off. Following this period of time, the employee is eligible for payment of accrued PTO. The number of hours accrued is determined by the length of service and regular hours worked.
