Section 125 Plans assist employees in the management of health and dependent care expenses. Accounts allow employees to pay for their un-reimbursed health care and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars.

Employees are allowed to set aside pretax dollars from their paychecks that will be used to pay themselves back for eligible expenses.
